I didn’t receive an estimated time of repairs or follow up during my wait. I don’t recall if the same person who approached my vehicle was my advisor. I spoke with the tire tech/ sales more.
I was a peace that I got tire price matching but it was not the full match. I was informed that Walmart does not offer a warranty but I fact it does. I have bought tires from Walmart before. Walmart tires were $220 each. Toyota originally charged $267 and then lowered it to $240/$247. I waited for routine service, alignment , 4 new tires from 10:15AM to about 4pm ish… I made 2 calls to get an update. The 1st call to service, she mentioned she would try to locate my tech and call me. I never received a call back. I called a 2nd time and was transferred to my techs voicemail and never got a call back. This is not the service I am use to at Toyota.
José Anguiano was very profesional. Very attentive and listen to all of our concerns. Provided great customer service. Job was done in a timely manner. Received a call once job was completed and brought to our attention any additional recommendations that needed special attention to our vehicle. Thank you once again.

My truck was in for 5 hours for new tires and 4 wheel alignment.
I had asked for my truck to be washed since it was not washed during my last service appointment. Truck was not washed again.
Not happy that I couldn’t get a simple wash.
Manuel was communicating well and well informed of questions I had , location was also welcoming and made my wait comfortable
