We have a very new car (less than one year). Wiper blades were cha he’s out in order to get the 30% discounted. However, I had a $25 coupon that I was going to use instead. The rep helping me when I drove in was not able to look up pricing or validate which things were needed Vs just being charged to do something superfluous. Or would have been cheaper and made more sense to just do the 30,000 service and use the coupon I had and instead I feel like I got swindled into unnecessary spend.
John was a great guy. Helped me with my many asks for service and tires and made sure I was satisfied. I hope to get John every time I come in for service.
