I usually only deal with Katie, but I gave Kris an opportunity to help me today. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I felt like a stranger with him. That has never happened to me before at the dealership. I got the text(which was a new procedure for me) that my car was ready and when I came up to checkout, my paperwork was not ready at the checkout. She went looking for Kris and he wasn’t there. Tim walked into the checkout area and recognized me and said hi and asked if I was looking for parts and when he was asked to process my paperwork and he found it and gladly helped me complete my transaction. I have now decided that I’ll only work with Katie, Tim or Terry going forward as that experience today was very frustrating.

Price quoted over phone for transmission fluid was $104. When I arrived, I was quoted over $400 because I have a nine speed transmission. Inver Grove Honda knows my vehicle, so how was it miss quoted over the phone? I’ll need to now evaluate other service providers for my vehicle going forward. Disappointed.

The adviser who helped me was nice. My car was completed within the time I was told. I waited for 15 minutes standing by the car when I got there right on time for my appointment, and no one really acknowledged me. I felt a little lost since it was only my second time being there with my new car. After 15 minutes, the adviser came to help me. I wish I didn’t have to wait that long for someone to come, but I was pleased with the service I got.

The final bill was more than I was quoted by $113 He said they fixed fog light without charge. I was charged although not the regular charge . However, I didn’t asked for this repair and he didn’t inform me prior to starting this repair. There was no inspection sheet attached to my final bill. He told me that I wouldn’t need new tires until the end of summer or possibly end of winter. The last advisor told me I would need new tires in January of this year. Finally, he told me it would be completed by 4pm, I came in at 12:30 and they didn’t finish until 5:30pm. I know he’s new but this was the worst encounter that I’ve had with your service department.
