It seem so strange that though there were not enough customers on 3/9 at 2.40 pm CT, service rep attended me after 10 mins not paying much attention. Also price for regular maintenance have went up $15 since the last time.

Tim is the most amazing service agent at Honda. He is always prompt, communicative, and patient. He listens to his customers needs and is thorough with his explanations of issues with your car. We recently came in as my husband got a flat tire on the way home from work. He was coming home to pick up our son to go out of town for spring break. Tim worked passionately to find Darrell a tire and was prompt letting Darrell know when his car was ready for pick up so they could get on the road. Thank you Tim for being more than just an “employee at Honda” but rather seeing your customers as people with important transportation needs.

I have never had a bad service there until today. I have been taking my car there for the past four years and always had great customer service. Today was the total opposite as I was sitting in the lobby waiting. All I can hear from my phone was these text messages from Honda. And what made it worse too was the Internet was so slow somehow and it took forever for me to just login to see what the advisor was Trying to tell me usually in the past the advisors would come out and talk to me about my car status but today , this advisor just kept sending me text messages. I can understand if he’s new, but I was waiting already in the lobby and he pronounced my name wrong and he forgot to add my coupon onto my final bill and I had to double check with the cashier lady to have it added onto my final bill. And then what’s worse I get to my car and the garage door wouldn’t even open up to let me leave as I sat there for like two minutes before I can find somebody else to unlock the garage door so I can leave. I don’t know, it was like nothing was working.

While my vehicle was being serviced, Someone took my travel mug that was partially filled with coffee and in the center console cup holder and threw it into the back seat of my car, where the resulting spill all over the back seat and ruining a pure wool scarf that I bought in Ireland. I am more than disappointed with the utter lack of courtesy and respect for my personal belongings shown by Inver Grove Hondas Service team and will be taking the issue up with Management.
