I was told the price would be $513 and when I got to the dealership the actual cost was $569!!! WTH! The old bait and switch huh boys. That’s BS! Got me once but you won’t get me again. I won’t be back!

I felt the wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was especially long this time (nearly two hours). My technician was off duty by the time my vehicle was done, and the person who summoned me from the waiting room did not go over anything with me; just said I should call the off duty technician the next day to discuss a couple issues that were briefly outlined in my paper work. There were two “reg flags” on my inspection that weren’t at all mentioned so I don’t even know if they were addressed and resolved, are related to the items that need to be addressed during this recommended phone call, or need to be addressed on a future timeline (hopefully nothing urgent?). Overall was a disappointing experience.
