I arrived at 12:30 and was told that I would have an hour and 1:15 minute wait for my oil change, tire rotation, vehicle wash, and multi-point inspection. At about 1:55, I still hadn’t been notified about the progress on my vehicle. I went back and checked with Terry. He said they just started on my vehicle. It was tough because I had to pick up my child, in a distant city, shortly after that and was banking on having my vehicle at the said time so I could do that. Terry did work with me so that I could get a loaner for the time being and go pick up my daughter which was good. I had to make an extra trip back to Honda though. So although it worked out, it was a bit of an inconvenience. I hope things go differently next time.

I had a 7am appointment and was not helped until 7:25. I picked my car and waited 15 minutes for the cashier. The people who addressed me were short and not very friendly. The service on my car was done very well. With that said. I would come there again for service

Terry was great as always. Was not 100% thrilled that the service techs damaged the vehicle, requiring this second appointment, but it was all handled professionally and quickly.

There's no reason to call.I already talked to somebody this morning.It was something so simple.It was ridiculous, it was that recalibration button wasn't pushed to recalibrate my tires. The tires were not inflated to the pounds that they should have been. 3 of them were at 28 pnds which I don't understand why that happened. I am not a problem customer, but I'm starting to feel like I am.
