It would be helpful if people were given a heads-up about the E-mails one will receive while waiting for their car. I wasn't checking E-mail while waiting. I would rather hear directly about the status of my car (which Tim did) so I think the E-mails (of which I received 4 during my 1-hour wait) are unnecessary.

I was thankful for the apl so I could authorize forward movement. I waited 15 mins after I authorized in the app and then flagged down another service guy that was helped me. At the end Katie got me a loaner car which was appreciated.

Oil Change took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Was generously given the service for free. Excellent customer service. You are overbooking the service department to make more money at the expense of customers. Waiting area was filled the entire time I was there

I needed a battery for my car. It was last minute and I didn’t have an appointment. IGH got me in with no problem. I was on my way in about 1/2 hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Justin Luhrs was very nice and accommodating.

My comment for the manufacturer as a loyal Honda customer would be to return the design of the engine to allow complete access to the battery for easy removal and not have anything from the air intake blocking that component. It is the main reason why I have not bought a newer Honda in favor of the older models! Especially living in MN where it can get colder than Alaska, the battery needs to be accessible. Also for other outdoor activities for active families like boating, electric fences, etc.
