I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service representative indicated that I was due to have my brake fluid changed, which I agreed to. I received notification after I was there for over an hour and a half which was the timeframe that was given to me when I dropped my car off. They said after the inspection that I needed, my rotors resurfaced and new brake pads. Asked if I was interested in having that done and I declined. I got no more notification for 45 minutes at which point I had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours and I went to the checkout to ask for a status update, and I saw my car sitting in the service area apparently finished . My service advisor was nowhere to be found so I asked another service advisor to look into it at which point he started looking for my paperwork which was nowhere to be found. After looking for 15 to 20 minutes, he found it on another service advisors desk completed. So I have no idea how long my car was actually done and I was waiting for no reason. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this dealership and I’m starting to think I need to find another dealership to bring my car in for service. I feel like I’m always being pushed to do things to my car that aren’t necessary and the wait time for an oil change tire rotation and brake fluid change should not be 2 1/2 hours if I hadn’t checked with the service area I probably still be waiting for my car

I was so glad that I was able to pick up my car the same day. Also, appreciated having a loaner car. Jason confirmed the work being done at drop off, and let me know when the car was ready for pickup, plus service hours. I’m very happy with the completed done.

Can’t get into read the summary of the safety inspection conducted on my car.

A few things happened and it was right., in the end staff did their best to apologize for the things that went wrong. They were very helpful once management got involved.

Terrance was personable and professional throughout my service experiences. His assistance was a great start to my day.

Derrin was friendly, explained things well to me, listened to me and was very professional. Derrin is an excellent representative of Honda.

First, I was pleased that I could get in so quickly. Secondly Bob Helgeson took me seriously which I like. And lastly my car is ready for a trip. I will return when I need more service.

Derrin was a pleasure to work with today when I brought in my vehicle. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Check-in only took a minute or two.
