Charlie helped me prioritize the work to be done at today's appointment and a future date. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Charlie got me on the road sooner than anticipated, and I felt confident in the care shown to me and my vehicle.

Inver Grove Honda normally is great, however yesterday was not. ; Kris’ customer service and communication skills were not. When I dropped car off at 12:30, he said she would call with an update on what they found in a couple hours. By 4:20, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called, and was told Kris was checking someone else out, but they would have him call me as soon as he finished. A half hour later, still hadn’t heard anything, so I called back, and they said that tye service manager would help me and would call me back shortly. 10 minutes later, Kros called, told me issue they found, and said it would be ready by 5:30. I went and picked it up, and cashier wouldn’t even let me read the service paperwork- she just kept pointing to where I needed to sign. I said I’m trying to read the notes- she kept telling me I needed to sign. Definitely not good customer service. .
