Jason was very good. It took awhile to get help when I first arrived. I felt that having an appt. for an oil change and tire rotation, and needing to wait for over 1 1/2 hours was too long. I feel they were overbooked due to the Memorial Weekend, which, unfortunately, I did not take into consideration. I've NEVER seen it so busy! I would have appreciated a heads up, warning me that it may be a longer wait, than normal, due to the holiday weekend. I definitely would have waited a week. (-:

He was able to do my car maintenance, even though I was an hour early. He could have made me wait, but didn’t. I was able to go home by the time of my appointment. He was very helpful and considerate. He is an asset to your service department. Thank you for his service.

Brady was great! He made the process very easy even though the Insurance company didn’t. He got me into a loaner car and out the door and took care of everything. There was also no high pressure to get other things serviced on the vehicle. 10 out of 10
