What I came in for where’s my free oil change I still had on file. The guy working with me kept trying to upsell me for things on my car. I did agree for something on my car he told me it was like 25 each not $125 each. He did not also tell me it would take longer to do my vehicle. Normally a oil change is fast. I sat in there for 2 hours. From 10:30 to after 12:00. I missed my doctors appointment for my daughter who is having open heart surgery in a few weeks. I was so lost for words when I was told my total. I felt taken advantage of. To top it off I did not have the money to waste on extra stuff. As a single mother money is tight so I took my money for groceries. So feeling really upset about the situation.

Marcos is delightful to work with and very knowledgeable. I was unaware you have changed your communication system and are using text messages now to inform the customer of the status of the vehicle service. I was take. Aback and felt very alone in making a decision to proceed with the device on my car without discussion with a technician. I sought Marcos out on my own and he was. Wry busy with another customer. I felt stressed and pressured to make the decision to go forward at a quoted price over one hundred dollars more rhan the original two hundred dollar charge. In the end the price was much lower but I did not find that out until I paid for the service. I don’t mind a text if there is discussion in person with it. Very honestly I felt unseen and unheard. I have never felt that way before. Now I know you use text messages that may be followed up with in In person discussion. I will be better prepared next time. I much prefer the in person contact where I can ask questions and get them answered immediately. I also could be over reacting to the situation and if I am I do apologize. I know Marcos was very busy and your shop is always very busy. In the past now matter how busy it has been I always felt like you knew I was there today I did not feel that way.
