Standard oil change and tire rotation with 1 wiper blade replacement 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting time. I like the idea of getting oil changed at Inver Grove Honda but wait times tend to be to long Thank you

Bob could have been more forthcoming with the malfunctioning lamp indicator that was reported. He seemed to think there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait till it happened again. This was contrary to advisor’s advice when I first called in. Eventually, he came around with a fix.

I had one of the last appointments of the day/evening. After my service was complete, I got on the highway to drive home and my tire pressure alert came on. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come to Inver Grove Honda because of the exceptional customer service (I have another Honda dealer 7 minutes from my house). So it was extremely frustrating to not be able to turn around and address the tire pressure right there.

The service tech/rep greeted me promptly, and was courteous and thorough. He gave me an accurate estimate of the amount of time it might take for the work to be completed. He explained the outcome and services provided, and was, again, courteous, understandable, and helpful.
