I am so happy with my Honda 2016 CRV and service at the dealership. It makes it easy to consider getting the new CRV. I really liked the new updated CRV that I had to use today. I’m thinking about an upgrade ????

I’ve met and worked with Derrinin the past several years for both of my CRV’s and he has always been friendly and very communicative with what service my cars have needed. I like that I can go for a run or walk while my CRV is being serviced and that I get a text about the Multipoint inspections. It allows me to be informed while I’m away from the service center waiting area.

Tim pointed out some problems identified during the oil change and asked if we had a warranty. We did, and the damage was covered under the warranty. Tim, personally, saved me ~$1500. We are super grateful he suggested the warranty. Without Tim, we wouldn’t have thought of the warranty and would have been out a large chunk of money! Thanks Tim!
