I always receive excellent service at Inver Grove Honda. Everyone is knowledgeable, and I have never ever once had anyone try to upsell me or recommend a service that was not needed or recommended by Honda. I was just telling my wife today that I wish the service department for our other vehicle, which is not a Honda, was as good as Inver Grove Honda. Thank you, and I appreciate your service.

I was completely satisfied with the service Katie and the tech provided. However, I am commenting because I am not a fan of your redesigned service website. It's less useful and looks worse. I can’t choose my service advisor anymore. We’ve been bringing our vehicles to you for service for 12 years and our family has purchased 4 cars from you. In that time we have developed strong relationships with a few of your service advisors (Terry and Katie in particular). Now all I can do is add a comment when scheduling and hope one of them is there when I drop off my car. Also, instead of instantly getting confirmation email and text messages, there’s a delay. And the email used to give me a calendar invite. On top of that, choosing service-minder based services no longer works. The car said A136. I used to be able to choose A136 when booking my appointment. Not anymore. I don’t really care that the website looks worse, and I wouldn’t have said anything if that’s all that had changed. But given the significant loss of functionality, I wanted to make sure you knew. Thanks

I was in a real panic with unexpected repairs the night before a business trip. Charlie was very reassuring as to my urgent car repairs. He arranged a rental for my work trip in a CRV which I was accustom to driving to reduce my anxiety. Great communication throughout the process. Would recommend Inver Grove Honda and Charlie especially!

Service was excellent, but I was shocked at the cost of an oil change. I had other charges, but it appears the oil change itself was around $85.
