On my summary it verifies that I might need an alignment. In response to my asking to check car pulling to the right. Don’t know if that was completed with tire rotation. Never discussed this s finding. But great service in pleasant surroundings with nice employees and support.

Questions regarding need for lug nuts when your service department did most recent rotation of tires on 1/23/23. ICY concerns are regarding my safety driving with wrong luggage nuts on tires + charging me 52.62 for 3 replacement nuts. Wish to meet with service dept. Manager.

They said everything was great when in reality it wasn’t there was a horrible let down in communication. I left with my check engine like on; you think you would mention that to your customer after your 7 point inspection, terrible service. Please contact me to remedy ****-****-xxxx

Bob was very friendly and personable. I have been to that location several times for service and had never been told about the oil change / tire rotation deal. Bob told me about it today and I purchased it.

Always glad to get service at Inver Grove Honda. Today Derrin and the techs not only root caused my problem quickly, but they took care of it just as fast and I paid much less than I was worried I would. 10/10 Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!
