I really appreciate Geraldo, the service done on my car, the loaner car and that the exterior of my car was washed. I was just a little disappointed that the interior wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down. I’m probably just spoiled because I believe it’s been done in the past. Also a little disappointed that there were no new key fob covers or license plate covers available; both of mine are pretty in pretty bad shape. No worries, I will go online and see if I can find something there.

The service was impeccable! Appreciated the loaner car, the lounge and the washed car after the service.
Communication during the service visit was poor. I dropped the car off at 7:15, and was told the car would be done later in the afternoon. At 2 P
M I called to see if the car might be ready, because I was going to be in the neighborhood. I got an automated voice response saying all technicians were busy but they would respond to a text. I then received an automated text asking if I had any questions about the car, and if so please text them at this number. I texted back, "is my car ready." By 3PM I had not received any response in an hour so I stopped by the service department. And, I was told the car was not ready and would be ready until 4:30. I mentioned I had not received any texts or emails regarding my questions. By this time it was no longer workable for me to drive home and return, so I wasted over two hours because of the poor communication. I later picked up the car and no apology was offered at any point regarding the failure to respond to my questions. Otherwise the service was good.

Several things to bring to your attention:
1) brand new car (less than 5k miles). I thought I was coming in for oil change as I was told I get 2 free service calls. That was not the case.
2) when I asked what was done, very fast they recited a number of things. When I asked hem to slow down,I was told they check fluids, rotate tires and wash the car. I challenge the tire rotation because my car has staggered tires and I even had to show the representative the difference in sizes.
3) I asked to check tire pressure and when I drove home I check the pressure reading of the tires and all were the same. They didn't follow the manufacturer tire pressure that call for the front tires to have 1 pound of pressure less than the back tires.
All in all very disappointed

The young man who helped me and service and with my concerns was so very helpful. I could not have been more satisfied and pleased.
The tire was fixed once, likely not correctly which required another visit to repair which took about an hour since I didn’t have an appointment, I had to drop in for a repair.
All seemed unfortunately since the first repair may not have been done correctly causing another visit.
They were quick and had great communication with me on what was wrong with my vehicle
Nicholas and Corey are outstanding employees and true brand representative for Lexus. I have owned other non Lexus vehicles and the service is terrible. I will always stick with Lexus
