It isn't that i wasn't happy as Geraldo is awesome! Wondered why you changed the cleaning of the vehicle? It use to be that you would wash the mattes, vacuum the vehicle, wash it and treat the tires with a really nice protectant. Now you use an automatic car wash and nothing else

Thank you for going above and beyond in providing me with excellent customer service! I came in with a nail in my tire and was worried that I would not be able to use my car for some important pending plans. I received immediate attention for the tire, which was under warranty and was also able have some work done on my brakes! Since the tire would not be in until the next day, I was provided with a loaner vehicle so I did not have to change my plans! Very, very thankful for your service department and attention to customer needs!!
