Very accommodating and I was informed of everything along the way. Loved the loaner vehicle.

I was assured on the phone that I would get help with my tires. I had a warranty that I purchased with my vehicle and I just wish I never bought it. I feel like I have wasted a lot of money and just created an inconvenience for myself. I had taken my car to have my tires looked at locally because I live 45 minutes from the dealership. I was quoted $800 for 4 new tires. I declined because I had purchased my warranty with Lexus and figured it would help me. Today I was told I could have one new tire for free and pay $1200 for the other 3 tires. The dealership isn’t close to me, so I not only wasted hours of my day, but would have been much better off purchasing the tires locally when I had a chance. When I purchased my vehicle over a year ago, I gave a great review on google. I think purchasing my vehicle was a good experience, but now that I need service, I’m not getting any help. Again I wish I never bought my warranty. I knew it wouldn’t cover normal wear a tear, but it didn’t help me at all whatsoever. Extremely frustrating.

I love LEXUS service--and still do. It was hot crazy few days from last friday to Tuesday. Your service guys were amazing--helped me change my tire and get me back to Lexus--intake was great with Gerardo--friendly kind etc. Something got mixed up with my order for the tire-so instead of being ready Monday as promised it was ready til Wed. Again no biggy--was easy to take the loaner etc. And was impressed that Gerardo texted me to explain and apologize--and everyone who was there helped me out a lot. I think it stemmed from him not remembering that I only wanted the one tire--which apparanelty was ready--and the wait was because we were waiting for a second tire that I didn't want. --again, things happen and I am certainly not upset.
