Nick helped me at service my car at an hour convenient to me. While at the shop, he told me the car would be ready in one hour, and the car was ready exactly in one hour, it does not get better than this.

Adi was great. Communicated well with me about my vehicle. Sent me a video while it was getting worked on. Even fixed a rear bumper trim for absolutely free, which was not necessary at all, considering my vehicle is a 2017 and I was fully prepared to pay for the missing clip(s). There’s a reason why Lexus of Omaha is the only place that’ll work on my vehicle.
