Cory was very good to work with. It did seem like there was some communication challenge with the team for scheduling and pick up.
Albeit a timely experience, was disappointed that the radiator flush was last. It should have been done within the allotted 3 hours not knowing how long the break look might have taken. So a total time of ove 5 hours was a long wait. Could have used more time on the loaner if we had been notified of the issues sooner. No car was was our choice because of the extended time. Also asked for a trailer hitch quote but didn’t see one.
Also I need to check in on the Lexus warranty I purchased that there was no record of. Usually Omaha is the best at service of any place I’ve t used Lexus service. Well, ?????
