Lexus always goes above and beyond. Besides replacing tire monitors, they checked all parts and repaired (after asking permission) 2 other broken parts , including a burned out rear lightbulb! Perfect!

Jessie as always does a fantastic job.
He was very friendly and explained everything to me. This was my first time here for an oil change and wasn’t sure how everything worked and he helped me with that.
Alec was at the ready when I pulled into the garage. His Ipad had all my information. Asked if I had any specific concerns. Told me what was involved in the check up and cost. He was very thorough regarding the issues with the car as I asked more questions. I understood what required immediate attention and what could wait awhile and still remain safe.
