The VIP cleaning was t done very well especially around console area… there was also a towel left in backseat. Otherwise service has been very good. Your people are great!

Can you get me a price on a replacement lid for the center console. The dog chewed a hole in the cover. Husband left chicken nuggets onside so she couldn't find them. She got them out and ate them.

My vehicle was finished and sitting in line to leave, it was 30 minutes before th rep came for me to sign paper work. Got in my vehicle to leave and the glove box was sitting on the passenger side floor, had to get someone to come and install it. Would there is a way to improve my future visits.

This is my third Lexus. All my service has been done at Lexus of Omaha. The entire service staff has always been honest and helpful. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary service. I feel your prices are fair as opposed to other luxury car services I have received on my other vehicles. You have earned my loyalty to the Lexus brand.
