Thanks Adi, I did receive this letter that reflects the $200.00 service credit for the inconvenience and extra miles placed on my vehicle due to the damage done to the grille when the plate bracket was installed at the dealership. My vehicle had to be driven back to the Omaha dealership to correct the damage. After the vehicle was returned to me and after inspecting it closely, I noticed that the passenger rubber seal is not flushed, it is actually sticking out. And if not corrected I am afraid it will get worse. Please refer to the pictures I have attached, you can see the difference between the passenger and driver side rubber seals?!?! Customer service was GREAT! However, after driving away, the car settings were all different. Plus, it was 3:06 pm but the clock read 11:06. I wish it would be returned the way it went in.
