It took longer than expected which I understand but would have liked an update as to how long it was going to take. We discussed buffing the right headlight to make it clear again. That was not done but could have been done while you had it two weeks. Clearly there was a communication issue.

The service bill is increased, I mean the amount I was informed is different and when I got final bill there was one hour more labor charges .i see you charge too much labor charge ($190 per hour) so it was like $200 more than that I expected.

My service advisor was excellent. My car wash is where the results were lacking. I know we are heading into bug season, but I did not have very many bugs on my vehicle. My windshield was not free of bug splatter upon leaving. That detail would have enhanced my experience to completely satisfied.
