Everything was really great except for the wait for the car. It wasn’t a huge deal but I was told I would get it on a Thursday but it came the following Tuesday. Other than that, everyone was great.

Cory does a great job every time. He is quiet, but very attentive to details. He holds doors open, which helped me w/ the stroller I pushed. He also answered questions I had before I even asked them. Very intuitive and easy to work with.

Was in for oil change and was told I needed 130K service of tire rotation and air filter change. This is not what was discussed when I called to schedule the appointment. My vehicle was in at 120K service and had new tires put on at that time.
