Jesse has provided exceptional service not just this visit but every time I have been in to the service desk. They go out of their way to help me feel comfortable. It feels like they do recognize me and are familiar with me and my car. It’s just nice to feel taken care of, I’m comfortable enough that I’ve sent my daughter in there by herself and I feel like when I explain to them she’s going to college and I need a reliable vehicle. They take that into complete consideration and truly care. Lexus has a great group at their service area I’m regularly telling people that in around the Omaha area it’s the best service in town for any industry. Not just a service desk at a dealership.
