Cory did a great job by making the check-in and check-out process as efficient as possible. Knowing I purchased a pre-owned vehicle out of state that was only 2 years old, he looked up whether our not it was a CPO to see if my oil change would be at no charge. I didn't expect him to do that, so the "going above and beyond" was appreciated.

First time visit to Lexus of Omaha for maintenance. Purchased the 2019 UX and 2019 NX in Lincoln and had service completed there until now. Must say I was impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, and thoroughness of everyone in the process.

3rd attempt to get a USB port changed. Told them what I needed when I made the appts, but they finally had to order the part. When I did get it done, they disconnected power to my dash analog clock, making yet a 4th appointment necessary. Lot of time and and milage on my part.
