We're going on vacation in September. We enjoyed driving the Lexus NX loaner today. It made us think about looking into possibly trading for one. The current Lexus is our 4th Lexus bought from you. I requested a loaner when I made my appointment online and when I called to confirm. They only had one left and the outside of the car was dirty which is not a problem for me but there was a disposable straw sitting in the drivers seat and when I got home I realized it was almost completely out of gas. I would not have minded waiting a little longer to make sure the loaner was looked through after it had been dropped off previously. My service advisors were all very kind and helpful, definitely not their fault.

Thank you for the extra service… You went the extra mile to keep my vehicles safe while I was out of town and Tires were replaced, and an alignment was done!
