There’s always something. This time I had to call bc no one came to get my car at my appt time. They scrambled and made it happen but it felt disorganized.

Adi does a great job explaining solutions to your ? He is patient with folks who are not as proficient with electronics in vehicles as those who work with them for a living.
My only concern, actually ever from your service department, for the loaner car they provided. It had bug residue all over the windshield , front of vehicle and the back of the side mirrors. I used a window cleaner for the windshield to actually see better. Otherwise the late model Lexus drove and rode excellent.
Cory, is kind, thorough and knowledgeable about how best to keep my car in top shape. I appreciate his guidance so much!

I dropped my car off Friday 830 for routine oil change etc and did have detail inside and out scheduled. I was given a loaner which I appreciate for business. I know it was a holiday weekend but I never had one text message regarding the status until I called today around noon. And then I finally received a text from Morgan at 230 it was ready. I showed up at 430 after work today to pick it up. Morgan was busy so Nick helped me and he was very helpful with a few questions I had about some of the electronics I had yet to master. The detail was also superb! All in all the service was good minus communication.
