I was charged for 8 quarts of oil. My car only holds five quarts, maybe six with a filter change. I was overcharged by the price of two quarts of oil plus tax, approximately $17.00 to $20.00. Other than that, the service was fine. I expect a refund for the over charge.
Really appreciate the quick checkin process, got my loaner without any hassle or paperwork, and was on my way. Quick pickup and checkout too!

Geraldo is always friendly, respectful and on top of things. I asked him about my key fob message on the Lexus app and he made sure a tech specialist assisted me. I was so surprised at how quickly the tech came!

I tried going to an independent garage for my last oil change recommended by my son. They didn’t have a waiting area and Inhad to wander around downtown Papillion on a cold November morning trying to find a place to sit, let alone have a hot cup of coffee. I wound up sitting in the library for 2 hours.
And, to add insult to injury, it ended up being he same price as Lexus because they had to order in the synthetic motor oil.
Your service needs an overhaul. Too many disappointments in 2024. At the beginning of the year, my car had an electrical issue that you could not diagnose, and instead of being honest, you tried to mansplain me, and blame on driver error. So I got a new car, because I could not have a car that I could not rely on to start. I brought the car in today for the 15K service. I had to question why you were charging me for my first few services, even though I bought it at your sister store in Lincoln. I told you I had 1 hour, and you promised you would be done by then. An hour later, you informed me I had a nail in the tire. That took another 40 minutes. I would have like to have been communicated with once the nail was found, and then I would have opted to skip the car wash, as I was already very late. In summary, you need to work on communication skills and gender equity.
Nicholas, very friendly told me everything about my car i didn’t understand hi explained it to me. You can’t ask for a better service, I feel good and safe driving a Lexus. Everyone else from the employees are friendly I got to say .
