I’m upset bc at first I was told everything was fine with my car and I had to tell service to rechecked my brakes after heated up. I have not hit any potholes and tires were out of balance. They were rotated in June with 60,000 service. Breaks checked also at that time. Now spent additional money on top of 60,000 mile service . I have never been unsatisfied with any of my previous services. I did not want to post on regular site bc I’m not going to bad talk lexus of Omaha. I have been a customer since 2008, and I only let lexus take care of my car.
Adi went above and beyond for me! I had a question that he was unfamiliar with, and instead of taking the easy route and telling me he didn’t know, he went and found someone who knew the answer and reported back to me. Furthermore, I had a few other questions and he walked me through it and explained it. After all of that was said and done, he proceeded to throw away my chic-fil-a garbage for me! He took my experience from average to exceptional.
