Thought it was tacky that you guy's charged me $49.00 to fix a hole in my tire. Most places would have fixed that for free. I spent $65,000 on a car there and $500.00 today to service my car and you can't fix a hole in a tire that most people fix for free? Pretty classy Lexus! Disappointed.

Jesse did a wonderful and outstanding job in resolving the issues I had with my car. We were waiting on two other matters which the individuals were out of town. He’ll be able to reach back early part of next week again thank you for the wonderful service as always that’s why as all of you know wife and I have purchased over six brand new Lexus vehicles from you in the past and see no sign of slowing down! This information on all of your individuals. Sometimes we never see that work on our vehicles so precisely! I noticed that greatly appreciate it!

Once again very busy and was hurriedly dealt with, my service advisor was not the one that returned my vehicle to me
Jesse was great, keeping us informed and explaining things well. He provided a loner when the tires we purchased were going to take longer to put on than the check-up we initially came in for. Our only disappointment was when they put on the new tires, they unhooked the sensors and either forgot to reinstall or broke them, so the indicator said we had no tire pressure. We had to return to get it fixed. All works well now.
