I have dealt with Cory on multiple occasions and was outstanding every time. Cory kept in touch with me and explained everything to me throughout the process. The issue with a rattle in the vehicle took almost 4 business days to figure out. Then when I got the vehicle home, I realized the time was off on the display and my Sirius XM wasn’t working. Morgan did coordinate a driver to pick up my vehicle and bring it back to the shop to fix it. Just wasn’t a positive experience. Morgan was helpful but the overall experience wasn’t a good one.

I originally came in for a car wash, which I have many times. When I left, I noticed some mess inside the car and that also my necklace was missing. I realized the interior had been over-sprayed from the wash and there were rocks and dirt inside. I also found the necklace buried in my cupholder - broken. So I went back and talked with a tech and Will, the manager. Will apologized many times and offered to have the car fully detailed and the cost of the necklace reimbursed. They got me in a loaner and called at the end of the day. The vehicle was clean and smelled great. I really appreciate the work they did to make up for this issue, and I am fully satisfied with the resolution. I hope you guys can use this incident to retrain on a few things, especially coming forward if something is broken while a car is being serviced. Thank you.
