A++++++. Your service team is top notch. I have always hated taking my car to be serviced from a dealer bc they make you feel like a nuisance and less than. That doesn’t happen at Lexus. Your team is kind and pleasant and patient and knowledgeable. I am a first time Lexus owner, and I will never buy anything other than a Lexus simply because of my experience with the service team. Outstanding job and thank you.
