I was given the 2nd key fob for my RX350h today, but the bottom of the fob was broken. The part with the loop that you attach to the key ring is gone. Plus, I was not given the leather pouch that it should come in, like the other fob.

When I came in I told him the wiper blade was studderring. He examined the blade it should have been flush. I thought a new blade should have been installed. But it wasn’t . I am sure when it rains again it will do the same thing. So, I guess I have to wait for to rain again to Prove it. It was a waist of my time if Lexus won’t fix it. Disappointed!
