The service department at Lexus is outstanding!! I always appreciate having Jessie help me. He is so kind, caring and professional. He takes time to explain what is wrong with my vehicle before work is done on it, then explains what all was done when finished.

I think Jessie does a good job. The check-in process was wonky for the following reasons: (Jesse wasn't the rep checking me in) 1. Rep wasn't aware of what services I was in for. 2. System wasn't aware of the VIP designation and as a result I was told I be charges for the 15000 mile service. Once discovered, the car had to be sent back into the shop. Jesse discovered the error and corrected - credit to him.
