The service for my car was excellent. I was not, however, impressed with Corey during my appointment. When I arrived and was discussing the issue I wanted investigated regarding intermittent troubling sounds from my brakes, I felt he was very dismissive and condescending. He even said “brakes make noises sometimes.” He tried to explain that brakes have metal in them and will make sounds. He seemed very condescending and patronizing. So much so that I texted my husband to tell him about it. After my car was evaluated, it was determined a part was installed incorrectly during my most recent brake job.

Jessie kept in touch the whole time. When he was not available, the person who time the message was very helpful and pleasant. Jessie would then follow-up in a very short time. Car looks great and very satisfied with everything. Thanks for making a luxury car experience a good experience.
