I’m truly happy with everyone I’ve met and worked with at Lexus of Omaha. I think the search for lug nut information interrupted the techs and the TPMS module was left behind. I don’t think there’s anyone to blame and I would hate to see any of the techs penalized. No harm, no foul. I’m a happy customer

Hello again. Don't mean to give you guys a hard time, but wanted to let you know my hood was not closed all the way when I picked up my car. Only noticed when I was on the highway and saw it shaking and flapping up like it might open. Gave me a pretty bad scare going down the road.
