Our problem was not completely resolved. I did some research online and there was a recall on the 2019 Lexus NX 300 fuel pump (and many other models) that was not discussed with us.

Jessie does a terrific job. He always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done on time and correctly. As long as as he is at Lexus I won’t go anywhere else for service. In today’s world when people don’t seem to care about excellent customer service. He does. He is a keeper

Windshield tip repair today. The repaired spot got spread over than before. It is like hair thin slash to the upper and lower from the drilled spot. I can imagine this is occurred when the spot is drilled.
