When I brought the car in with leak in front passenger side tire, rep (astutely) noticed a screw in front drivers side tire and continued to question whether I was correct about which side. Appreciated him noticing but did not appreciate having to tell him repeatedly it was the other side Overall experience was terrible and ended up going elsewhere and got handled at a fraction of what was being told I needed.

Was told that the “battery charging” warning light that comes on while driving or at a complete stop is typical and not a problem. Was not explained.
