Nick is always a pleasure . Your driver Michael is so awesome and professional. He deserves a bonus! One request was overlooked but I think it was missed because of a bigger problem which was repairing the sunroof because of a factory defect.

Hello! I was a little underwhelmed when I was at your dealership. I have to tell you that. I was there at 6:30 in the morning and nobody was at the breakfast bar to assist you. A lot of the talk on the web was how great the breakfast was when you went to a Lexus dealership for a service.Next time I’ll come in later.
