Lexus of Omaha is an amazing car dealership when I have to take my car in, I always look forward to sitting down in the lobby and reading and having a doughnut and apple juice. while you’re a great mechanic go through my car and check it out and Make sure it’s doing good. I’m sure one reason my car runs so well after 200,000 miles is because of the great mechanic center and a great care you guys are giving my car. Thanks again. Gary M

Service was great. I am not impressed by the sales department. This is the first contact I have had from Lexus since I purchased the vehicle. The RX was misrepresented by the sales team. I purchased this vehicle as a “certified” vehicle only to find out it has had extensive hail damage.i did return the car to point out the damage, salesman was not there, manager was not there, someone took pictures of the damage and promised a return call. Not one call, text or email.
