I question why the transmission/differential/fluid etc was checked yellow. The fluids were just changed at another location using Lexus products.

I appreciate it that I was greeted warmly upon arrival. A technician took time to listen to my concerns. The waiting area was outstanding and I appreciated the free latte. When the vehicle check was completed, I was completely briefed on what was accomplished during the check.

Gerardo was very professional and respectful, yet so friendly. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the whole process of having my car serviced. I never felt like my requests were taking his time. I purchased my car from my brother. It is my first Lexus and I love my car even though it is 10 years old! It was my first time taking it for service. I will absolutely bring my car to your dealership for service and nowhere else.
