Ali did great. Updates were detailed and time estimates were accurate. Unfortunately, I needed a new key fob, talked to someone on the phone the prior week and the complete key fob was not available. I explained to the gentleman during that initial call that my fob was stolen. Somewhere along the line he didn’t make me aware that there are 2 parts or he didn’t note that I wanted/needed both parts.

Dropped the vehicle off at 9:30, and we were not notified by 12:30 that the vehicle had even been started. We were later told the delay was due to waiting for an oil filter. The visit ultimately took over five hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and the warranty inspection we specifically requested was not completed.

Great job,love my Lexus and trust you to take care of it in top shape. They even found bad wiper blades that wanted changed accord to my wife. Had local parts store change them 3 months ago and was never happy--they work great now first thing I checked
