Unfortunately, the new tire pressure sensor light went on shortly after I got the car home and had gone out to run an errand. The tire pressure of the right back tire was reading 23lbs. The other tires are in the mid-30s.

Ali does a tremendous job of communicating with us every step of the process. She greeted us with professionalism and genuine courtesy, like seeing and old friend. She reviewed the service performed and asked if I had any questions prior to asking me to pay for the service. She is proactive in her customer service approach and demonstrates a high level of genuine connection with me as a person and not just as a ticket. My only issue is your pricing of a battery was twice what I was able to find elsewhere ( at another dealership, installed by a master tech). The new lane porter, was courteous and conversational adding to the experience. Overall a positive experience. Pricing of battery and possible future items are a caution for us and we have already shared our story of how we price shopped the battery with far more people than we shared our experience story. This may prove to be problematic, or not, in the future as we continue to share this story with our sphere.
