This is second time I have had my vehicle there for work. It’s also the second time as a courtesy you have not washed it. It seems your car wash is always broke. I bought Fri Northcutt Toyota because of the excellent care I got in the past. And yes the washed it. Why has that changed?

First time customer. I wasn't greeted by the service desk staff in a friendly way. When I asked what services would be performed on my vehicle with the oil change, I was immediately told the information was on a technology site!! They couldn't even take the time to explain it to me, they immediately relied upon the stupid technology. My vehicle needed a new air filter and the price was $49. outrageous price (Greed)!! I went to O'Rielly's auto parts and paid $22. For a new filter. I did not feel like a welcomed customer at this Toyota service location. I own a 2003 Toyota Tacoma, which I love and have taken great care of for over 20 years!! The Technician who did my oil change took upon themselves to reset the Trip A in my vehicle, which they had no business doing!! I will not ever go back to this location to have my vehicle serviced. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!
