I bought my Rav 4. In 2023 NEW. I thought it was covered inside and out for 25,000 miles. Things sure have changed!!! I was happy with my representative. She was very nice and helpful.

I had 6 spots that were going to be fixed on my brand new car and Toyota was paying the bill as it was poor painting from factory. I got the car back yesterday and noticed one spot they did not fix. I am really unhappy with this as all the spots were marked with green tape from Markquart auto body Chevy dealer. I contacted Chad Larson yesterday but he was gone already so then I reached out to Josh Zuegler. He is going to talk to Chad Monday and get back to me. I also have a bad air noise coming from the passenger side area, must be a seal or something. I have not been able to enjoy my new car and running back and forth is not making me happy as I am busy with my job and things I do before work. You guys have had my car since the 13th to get it fixed and it wasn’t even fixed right. I already had an appointment to drop off this Friday for the air leak then I noticed last night when I looked the car over that one part was not fixed like it was suppose to be! Very disappointed in my business there and this is my 3rd new car I have bought from there.
