I have been told by many of the service writers that if I have a unique vehicle, especially a non-Toyota that I should call ahead and describe the services I need. In this situation, I called two weeks before my schedule appointment mainly because I was going to be out of town for 10 days, and told them exactly what I needed. The service writer on the phone and then subsequently a young lady who called a few days later both said that they will order the parts and have them ready for the repair. I then received a text the day before the Repair saying everything was ready to go. When I arrived, I was informed that there was going to be a diagnostic fee, which I can understand. But then, after an hour and a half of waiting in the lobby, the service writer came back and told me that they do not have the parts needed to fix my car, and I will have to reschedule. I trust you implicitly to work on my Toyota, but I have six other cars that are non-Toyotas, and of those three of them, I’ve had similar problems with where I’ve scheduled appointments ahead of time inform the service writers of what needed to be done and when I get there, no parts are there and I have to reschedule. Now will not be coming to your facility .

I’m very impressed with Toyota service — Jack in particular. He was on top of the entire process, kept me informed by text messages of the status of my vehicle repair, and was very polite and personable. I was extremely pleased with my experience!

Jack was great, my car took to long to fix in my opinion and when I came to pick it up. It had another check engine warning on for an unrelated issue....so a little annoying.

The work on my car was excellent. I specifically said I didn't want to receive text messages, but I've gotten 6 or 7 of them. I brought my Mazda in, as I have since Markquart was a Mazda dealer, and I learned that your software won't allow anything but Toyotas to be entered into the system. Didn't prevent work from being done, but didn't help.
