I received excellent service. Hong Kou was very efficient, polite and helpful. He answered all my questions to help me make an informed decision. He also arranged for the shuttle which was very helpful. He explained the paperwork. I was pleased with him and the service that was given. I would recommend him & the Toyota service department to others. Was a positive experience.

Leon was not very professional. He always seem to be in hurry and tries to rush me out . He was also very reluctant to honour the discount coupon that I had . He argued a lot and finally did not even give me the discounts that I had the coupon.
My Prius only has 100,000 miles on it. Why would I even consider trading it in before 300,000? :-)
