I am satisfied with Melissas handling of my issue of my car being scratched, however, i am dissatisfied that the scratch on driver side mirror is still there as well as an additional scratch on the very front of the hood.The paint iz completely off

She asked if there were any other issues or services that were needed with my vehicle and made me think about some issues that I had been meaning to inquire on but kept forgetting. She is a great asset to Genesis of Corona and I hope to work with her again.

Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. I felt like I was waiting in a hotel lobby instead of some dumpy waiting room. Melissa took outstanding care of me and kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle throughout my time there. I also appreciate the care that my service technician took with my car. I don’t know how many cars I’ve had in 50+ years of driving, but I can tell you that was the nicest service experience I’ve ever had.

I received my car back with scratches on the hood.when i called to report it i felt like no one took my concerns serious. I am very disappointed that my car was damaged by someone and no one has helped me

Jesse Juarez HONESTLY IS A VERY GOOD WORK ETHIC AND HE TRULY MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE CARED,HEARD MY NEEDS BUT MOST OF ALL HE WAS PATIENT WITH ME. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE A REAL PERSON AND THAT MEANS A LOT TODAY IN THIS CRAZY WORLD. I LOVE GENESIS OF CORONA, BUT I LOVE YOU A LOT MORE BECAUSE OF JESSE. THE HONEST TRUTH IS IF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS (1) AND IM NOT SAYING ANY NAMES SHOULD BE RETRAINED BECAUSE THAT PERSON IS VERY RUDE AND I CAN'T STAND WORKING WITH THAT PERSON.
